LAMBERT MORGANS.......at Maple Spring Morgans we breed to  preserve, perpetulate,  and promote  the "Old Style Clean-blooded" Lambert Morgan Horse.

The term clean-blooded refers to a family of Morgan horses whose sire line goes directly back to Justin Morgan 1 through Sherman Morgan 5 and Daniel Lambert 62 and whose ancestors trace back on all branches of their pedigrees to the foundation horses in Volume One of the Morgan Horse and Register.

We are part of only a handful of dedicated breeders today to preserve this wonderful Lambert Family. We have opted to follow in the footsteps of the Hanley's of the Quietude Stud who had purchased the remarkable "CRITERION" from Francis Bryant to become their senior stallion in their breeding program over 30 years ago.

There are less than 300 clean-blooded Lambert Morgans in the world and we are very proud to own 8.
