It's been awhile since I've updated you on Levi. Well here it is. He has managed to capture everyone's heart. I've been going on short rides with him and he never puts a foot wrong and he's quite comfortable. He's losing his winter coat and we have hair everywhere. The vet came the week before last and checked him out. We come to find he has one wolf tooth. I have an equine dentist coming in a couple weeks to take care of that. There is not a day goes by that I don't think how lucky I am to be his new mom. I hope this note finds you and Ralph well. We are all ready for spring and it looks like we might get a good taste this week. As things progress I will keep you updated. I'll send you more later.

Hi Joyce
I haven't been here in a while, But Oh my goodness Courge gave you guys a beautiful daughter didn't he. Honor Jubilee, Has really turned into a head turner. The foals you will get from her. Wow. so how has it been going? I hope fine! How has it been with Fare Thee Well, and the new Stallion. God Bless and take care of yourselves. I am looking for some land too Purchase. I've been looking out West, Although I would love some place in either WVa or PA. but for the amount of acres, West is alot cheaper. So far anyways. I'm still looking.Wish me Luck. I'll need it.

Your Morgans are so beautiful. I thank you so much for sending that dvd. I like Misty all the more having seen her moving. I love the fact that she is so heavily JK bred. I would like to see a cross on my Jordy. That would be a pretty baby! I truly like everything about her.

Here is an update on your baby, Autumn. I love her so much and our bond grows stronger every day. I think that my trainer who hadn’t worked with Morgans before is really surprised how intelligent and perfect Autumn is. I catch her kissing her as well. I do worry sometimes that she will never want to part with her. Autumn and I are past a level 2 in Parrelli. She follows me everywhere. Well, enjoy the pictures.
God Bless,
Melissa
Joyce,
Here is an explanation of the levels of Parelli http://www.parellinaturalhorsetraining.com/levels-pathway. It basically means that Autumn and I have a great relationship and she will do most of what I ask of her. She is trained to voice commands and actually grooms me. It is so funny to watch. She leaves the herd and comes to me when I arrive. She will walk with me without a halter. It is incredible to see how quick she picks up on things.
I will keep you updated. Thank you so much for having a dream that I now share.
God Bless,
Melissa

Levi of Maple Spring
Joyce, Just a note to congratulate you on the new arrival. She's mighty cute. I also wanted to sing Levi's praise to you. We had him out with three other horses last night and he couldn't have done better. Everything I asked of him he did with grace and style. I couldn't have been more pleased. What a great horse! Nina
Joyce, It's been awhile since I've given you an update on Levi. I've been working with him at getting out away from the farm. He has become more mature since the fall and is ready for adventure. We have trailered him twice this week. Today was special because he went with strange horses and he did great. We were all impressed with how well he did. As Mary commented he is turning in to a regular riding horse. I couldn't have been more pleased or prouder of him. Nina
Joyce,
What a pleasure it is to see well-mannered youngsters adjust curiously but obviously in an unconcerned manner to something different. Marquis is testament to the foals you put on the ground and sell. I know you hated to see him go.
